Full digital Ocean network live in Westfield Mall of the Netherlands

Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, 23 March 2021 – Ocean is proud to announce that the entire network of digital screens in Westfield Mall of the Netherlands is operational. Westfield Mall of the Netherlands has opened its doors and the 49 digital screens are officially live.

Westfield MoN Opening

Last week, Westfield Mall of the Netherlands opened the all-new experience, an all-encompassing, unique, innovative shopping, dining, leisure and entertainment destination in the heart of the Randstad conurbation, Leidschendam. From brunch to shopping, from catching a film to extensive dining, the experience is central at this mall. In addition to 280 shops, this new and fully covered shopping and experience mall of 117,000 m² ‘with a four-star service level’ also houses a mega cinema, a bowling alley, the Gamestate arcade hall and Instagram museum Youseu.

Westfield MoN Carousel en Totems

Spread throughout the mall are 22 digital totems (17 inside and 5 outside). Both sides of the totems are flanked by a digital full-motion screen of 2m². The use of this network guarantees multiple touch points with consumers.

The most iconic proposition is the ‘Carousel’, the only one of its kind in the Netherlands. It is an imposing 17-m² double-sided screen that is suspended from the ceiling and rotates slowly. This rotating full-motion screen hangs in the middle of the central plaza and contributes to the unique experience of the consumers.

Large Format Portrait

In addition, there are also two unique large format digital eye-catchers in the mall: the ‘Large-Format Landscape’ of 20m² and the ‘Large-Format Portrait’ of 28m², both of which are ideal for innovative campaigns.
