Seventy large digital screens spread across thirty major Dutch cities. This is what we call The Gallery, the Ocean Outdoor content platform. The Gallery offers creatives the opportunity to showcase their work to a mass audience. The idea behind this is to make the public arena even more attractive and inspire the audience with the best contemporary creative culture. Time and time again unique moments are created when the screens are transformed into panoramic and artistic canvases. To create optimal relevance, the content is tailored to every city and or screen location. Each week a different experience that matches the audience, time and place.

Network and themes

Our large digital screens are positioned in high-traffic areas in and around the largest Dutch cities. Areas such as city centres, public transport junctions and shopping centres in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and other larger and smaller cities. Areas closely related to their specific landmarks and subcultures. We show different content on a screen in a dynamic cultural city centre than on a screen at a busy public transport junction or in a fashion retail environment. Each screen has a specific selection of content, we work with various categories such as art, culture, fashion, food, sport and events.

Editorial office

Our editors work daily with a wide range of creatives, schools and institutions to create a weekly changing proposition on the screens. We are open to all disciplines and our creative department can help you translate your work to our screens. Professional photos of all the artwork on the screens are made available for the artists to use for their own promotion.

Custom screens and content

Our screens are designed in a way so that they fit within the environment and architecture. They all have different shapes, sizes and positions. Because of this, they make a great visual impression within the public arena. For example, one screen is wall-filling and placed from the floor to the ceiling, and the other screen is placed high above the facade of a cinema. Each screen has its own characteristics, and we take this into account when selecting content. In terms of theme, speed, shape and length, we believe that the content must match the environment and the mindset of the audience, so it reinforces instead of disrupts.
